Radon mitigation in Sayler Park, OH

Sayler Park began as the Ohio River village of Home City. It was part of Delhi Township until Cincinnati annexed it in 1911, and its houses sit either on the lower ground near River Road or on the slopes that climb behind it, where a basement can be cut into the grade with soil against only part of its perimeter. Those settings behave differently: the river valley's sand and gravel lets soil gas move freely toward a slab, while a slope-cut basement draws it mainly through its buried walls.
